Xanita Print is a natural, sustainably engineered fibreboard manufactured from recycled paper products including cardboard boxes. It is VOC free, 100% re-pulpable, 75% lighter than MDF and much stronger than honeycomb boards; consisting of a high crush strength, recycled kraft core sandwiched between printable white kraft liners. Xanita has been specifically created to work with digital flatbed and hybrid printers and CNC cutters and offers an eco-friendly alternative to particle board and non-renewable rigid or foam-filled plastic sheeting.
All components are classified as non-hazardous in accordance with the EEC Hazard Classification. Raw material comes from renewable resources. The virgin-fibre supply is FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) Accredited. The product is ECF (Elemental Chlorine Free). The product is VOC free (Volatile Organic Compound). The water-based value-added resins are all VOC free. Adhesives used are organic and VOC free. Xanita Print is classified as fully-repulpable in normal paper pulping plants. APPLICATIONS Xanita print is incredibly versatile in terms of both the display materials that can be constructed from it AND the ways it can be used.
Xanita closed-cell core is made from precision corrugating. It exhibits a far higher crush- strength and surface bonding area compared to weaker expanded honeycomb.
