This is probably the most common substrate for display boards and signage, a rigid durable and weatherproof board made from PVC foam and suitable for indoor or outdoor application. Known by brand names such as ‘Foamalite’, ‘Forex’ or generically as Foam PVC it can be directly printed on a flatbed printer or be used as a mount board for paper or vinyl prints.

Foamex prints can be seen in a wide range of locations for many applications including exhibition panels, outdoor signs, retail signage, visitor attraction panels and information boards to name just a few.

Offering great value for money Foamex boards give excellent print results for a relatively low cost.

Available in a range of thicknesses from 0.5mm to 10mm thick, solid coloured panels are also available in a range of stock colours. Some brands carry a fire rating certificate. The hardwearing material is also well suited to profile cutting on our CNC flat-bed cutter.
