Commonly referred to as ‘Gatorfoam’ or ‘Kappa-board’ Foamcore is a very lightweight foam centred display board ideal for hanging or temporary displays, Foamcore can also be used as a display board mounted to wall or shell scheme booth as a lightweight option to foamex. Foamcore board is available in 5 or 10mm thicknesses and is very suited to profile cutting.

Foamcore is a very brittle substrate and does need careful handling.

Outdoor versions of Foamcore are available with more durable facings to make the panels more robust, these are marketed as ‘Stadur’ board.
